• Mail Exchange or Return: It's simple and it's FREE! Email us at info@sportsbasement.com or call us at (800) 869-6670 x4 and request a UPS return label to be emailed to you. Be sure to include your name and your Sales Order number in your email. In the space provided below, please list the items to be returned or exchanged as well as any special instructions. Please wrap any boxed item in paper or place it in a new box to protect the manufacturer's packaging. If you would rather not use our free UPS return label, you may also send your return to us at:

• Quick Exchange (Recommended):Due to our rapidly changing inventory, we suggest placing an order for your new item by calling us at (800)869-6670 x4.  Your UPS return label will be emailed when you call to place this new order.  We will bill your credit card for the new item and refund your card for the returned item when we receive it.
