Our Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sports Basement purchase, you may return it in new condition within 30 days for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Returns are allowed by mail or at any of our stores. If you have any questions please call or email us.
- Mail Exchange or Return: In the space provided below (include any special instructions) list the items to be returned or exchanged. Send this invoice along with your merchandise to the address below. When shipping shoes, please wrap the shoebox in paper or place in another box to protect the manufactures shoebox. Note we do not credit for return shipping.

- Quick Exchange (Recommended): Due to the rapidly changing inventory, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order by calling 1-800-869-6670 ex4 (new item ships for free). We will bill your credit card for the new item and process your credit for the returned merchandise when we receive it.
