Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase, every time you shop. That's why we've put together an exchange or return policy designed to make life easier for you. With that in mind, you can return or exchange online orders in the store, via Happy Returns or via mail using the carrier of your choice. Please note that $7 will be deducted from your refund for Happy Returns, to cover the cost of shipping. Love Your Purchase Policy
- Love the price - we work hard to have the best deals, but if a US-based retailer has a better deal for the same item, we'll match it. 10% basementeer discounts can be applied to the matched price.
- Love it now - if you buy it now and find it for less within three months we'll give you a gift card for the difference.
- Don’t love it? Bring it back! If at any time you don't love your purchase, bring it back for a refund, credit or repair (proof of purchase required). This includes Pre-Loved items.
Important Notes
- "Same item" means that it's exactly the same size and color, and it's available. Any shipping is included in the matched price. We're comparing apples to apples here!
- If you do not love your bike, bike returns are subject to restocking fees in the amount that it will take to bring the bike back to sell-able shape. These fees will be quoted by an SB Mechanic at the time of return.
- If you do not love your ski boot, return to a boot fitter for a free refit. We can't guarantee you'll love your ski boot unless the proper insole has been chosen for your foot type. If you still don't love your ski boot after your free refit, they can be returned in accordance with our return policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend the Love Your Purchase policy for customers that abuse it. Abuse is considered to be a return rate 2-3 times the average rate or amount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please visit sportsbasement.happyreturns.com. You will have the option of returning your product for a refund, or exchanging your product for a new item. Please note that $7 will be deducted from your refund for Happy Returns to cover the cost of shipping. In-store returns are always free of charge.
